If you love making hand pies, empanadas, pot stickers, pirogis, or any of the myriad other variants on such things, this is the bomb. They make assembly ridiculously easy, and the final product looks fantastic. Look, we've tried making those perfect little creases and folds, and frankly, unless you're a full time pro making such things, you're gonna be frustrated, believe me. These will make professional looking stuff with an absolute minimum of hassle.
